Terms and conditions<\/h2>\n

Taking possession, release of the rental<\/h3>\n

Arrival is generally scheduled on Saturday afternoon from 4 p.m.
Departure is usually scheduled for Saturday morning at 11:00 a.m.
In the event of late possession of the premises, the rental cannot be extended by the same amount.<\/p>\n

Disclaimer, cancellation of rental<\/h3>\n

Pour toute annulation du preneur, la bailleur garde les arrhes vers\u00e9es et se r\u00e9serve le droit d'appliquer au preneur le d\u00e9dommagement suivant:
- annulation entre 29 et 15 jours avant le d\u00e9but du s\u00e9jour : 30% du montant de la location
- annulation entre 14 et 8 jours avant le d\u00e9but du s\u00e9jour : 50% du montant de la location
- annulation moins de 7 jours avant le d\u00e9but du s\u00e9jour : 75% du montant de la location
Le bailleur n\u2019est nullement responsable du transport du preneur, il ne proc\u00e9dera \u00e0 aucun remboursement en cas d'impossibilit\u00e9 de rejoindre le lieu de vacances.<\/p>\n

Use of the rental.<\/h3>\n

Le preneur doit occuper les lieux personnellement, les habiter \u00ab en bon p\u00e8re de famille \u00bb et les entretenir. Toutes les installations sont en \u00e9tat de marche et toute r\u00e9clamation les concernant plus de 24 heures apr\u00e8s l'entr\u00e9e dans les lieux ne pourra \u00eatre admise. Les r\u00e9parations rendues n\u00e9cessaires par la n\u00e9gligence ou le mauvais entretien en cours de location seront \u00e0 la charge du preneur.
The lessee must ensure that the tranquility of the neighborhood is not disturbed by the fact of the lessee or his family.
At the end of the rental, the accommodation must be returned clean. In the event of non-compliance with this obligation, cleaning fees will be applied (\u20ac 50 deducted from the deposit)
The presence of small animals is allowed.
Fumer dans l'appartement est interdit.
The number of tenants cannot exceed 2.<\/p>\n

Rental insurance<\/h3>\n

The lessee is required to insure the accommodation he has rented, he must check whether his main home insurance contract provides for the resort extension. Failure to insure in the event of a claim will give rise to damages.<\/p>\n

Security deposit<\/h3>\n

D\u00e9p\u00f4t de garantie demand\u00e9: le montant de la caution est fix\u00e9 \u00e0 150\u20ac. Aucune cl\u00e9 ne sera remise, la location ne pourra commencer avant la r\u00e9ception de la caution.
The security deposit paid will be returned upon delivery of the keys or at the latest within fifteen days of the end of the rental.
In the event of loss or deterioration of items, the amount of this deposit will be reduced by the cost of restoration or replacement costs on presentation of supporting documents by the lessor and this within a maximum of 2 months. If the deposit is insufficient, the lessee agrees to complete the sum upon presentation of proof.<\/p>\n

State of play<\/h3>\n

The inventory will be made at the start and end of the rental. The tenant will have 24 hours to report the anomalies noted. After this period, the rented goods will be considered free of damage at the entry of the tenant.
In the event of failure to perform an inventory, due to a departure time other than that provided for in the contract, the lessor will unilaterally carry out the inventory during the scheduled departure time range.<\/p>\n

Rental interruption<\/h2>\n

In case of early interruption of the rental by the lessee, the rent remains acquired.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Internal Rules<\/h2>\n

Compliance with the Internal Rules of the Seasonal Rental Property is compulsory under the Seasonal Rental Contract. Failure to comply with these rules may result in penalties, such as deductions from the security deposit.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

a) All Hosts (and all Visitors) must comply
the Internal Regulations as well as any other instructions provided by the Property Manager during their stay; and <\/span><\/div>\n

b) The Hosts must inform the Property Manager of any incident or complaint from the neighborhood as soon as possible.<\/span> <\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

2. NOISE AND NEIGHBORHOOD<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

at) <\/span>The Hosts are fully and in all circumstances responsible for the safety of their children and for any disturbance caused in the vicinity; <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

b) Hosts and Visitors must make as little noise as possible so as not to disturb residents of neighboring properties, especially during the night (eg from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m.), as well as upon arrival and departure; <\/span><\/p>\n

c) Noise pollution is prohibited at all times and may result in the termination of the Seasonal Rental Agreement, expulsion, loss of costs incurred as well as deductions from the security deposit; <\/span><\/p>\n

d) The Hosts and their possible Visitors must not adopt any asocial behavior. They are asked to minimize their immediate impact on the neighborhood and residents of the neighborhood.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

a) The Hosts are authorized to invite a maximum of 2 visitors at any time during their stay. <\/span><\/p>\n

b) <\/span>The Hosts are required to ensure that the maximum number of Visitors is not exceeded, and that Visitors comply with the Internal Regulations. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

vs) <\/span>Hosts wishing to invite Visitors to stay overnight in the Seasonal Rental Property must inform the Property Manager at the time of their reservation, subject to additional costs indicated in the rates. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

a) It is strictly forbidden to organize parties or any other type of large-scale gathering in the Seasonal Rental; and <\/span><\/p>\n

b) Any gathering in a small committee must be done in compliance with the other rules stipulated in these regulations, in particular with regard to Noise, Neighborhood and the number of Visitors allowed.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

5.PARKING<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

a) Hosts and Visitors must comply with local parking regulations, as well as the other conditions listed below, and are requested to show consideration for neighbors and other vehicles; <\/span><\/p>\n

b) Parking at the Fozo lodgings is in the areas indicated by your hosts or indicated as such (2 main parking areas depending on the accommodation you have booked).<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

6.Waste and selective sorting<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

a) The Hosts and their Visitors are required to throw their garbage and their waste for recycling in the bins provided for this purpose and in accordance with the procedure in force at the G\u00eetes du Fozo (detailed below). Garbage should not be <\/span>no cases be left in a public area or in common areas; and <\/span><\/p>\n

b) Garbage and waste to be recycled must be disposed of as follows:<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

- les ordures seront dispos\u00e9es dans les poubelles \u00e9quipant chaque g\u00eete puis dispos\u00e9s dans la poubelle principale qui vous sera indiqu\u00e9.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

- Le tri sera effectu\u00e9 dans les pani\u00e8res mises \u00e0 disposition dans le lobby commun aux 3 g\u00eetes. Pour le studio ind\u00e9pendant, les bacs sp\u00e9cifiques sont mis \u00e0 disposition des locataires.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

- Le verre sera \u00e0 disposer dans le conteneur mis en place par la commune par la commune \u00e0 l'entr\u00e9e du lieu dit le moulin du Fozo.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

7.SECURITE<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

a) Whenever the Hosts leave the Seasonal Rental,
they are responsible for ensuring that all windows and doors
are closed and \/ or locked to preserve the security of the accommodation and to prevent potential damage caused by rain. <\/span><\/p>\n

b) Guests must turn off lights, air conditioning, fans and electronic devices such as televisions when these are not in use to save energy. It is forbidden to leave the air conditioning on while the Hosts are away from the Seasonal Rental Property.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

8.TERRASSE<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

a) The Hosts must supervise babies and children at all times when using the balcony or terrace. <\/span><\/p>\n

a) The Hosts <\/span>are are not <\/span>allowed to smoke in the accommodation; and <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

b) The Hosts must dispose of their cigarette butts properly (eg in the ashtrays provided) and must in no case throw them into the grounds of the Property. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a deduction from the security deposit.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

10.PET PETS<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

a) Pets <\/span>are\u00a0 <\/span>autorise\u0301s aux g\u00eetes du Fozo sous conditions. En aucun cas un animal sera amen\u00e9 dans les logements sans que les propri\u00e9taires des g\u00eetes n'aient \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9venu. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

b) The following rules apply to pets on the Property:<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

  • Our animal friends are welcome and remain under the responsibility of their owners (including and especially with regard to excrement).<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

    11.BARBECUE<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

    a) Un barbecue est mis \u00e0 la disposition des h\u00f4tes et devra \u00eatre partag\u00e9 par l'ensemble de ceux-ci. Les propri\u00e9taires n'ont aucune obligation de fournir aux h\u00f4tes du bois ou des mat\u00e9riaux pour l'allumage du dis barbecue.

    a) Any broken object and any damage caused must be reported to the Property Manager as soon as possible. Failure to report may result in a deduction from the security deposit. <\/span><\/p>\n

    b) To avoid breakage and damage, the furniture must not be <\/span>moved from one room to another without prior agreement. <\/span><\/p>\n

    c) Please <\/span>also note that l<\/span>Towels must not leave the property (to go to the beach, for example).<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

    14 RESPECT OF THE RULES<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

    a) The violation of any rule included in these Internal Regulations constitutes a violation of the General Conditions of occupancy, in accordance with the Rental Agreement. <\/span><\/p>\n
