Terms and conditions

Taking possession, release of the rental

Arrival is generally scheduled on Saturday afternoon from 4 p.m.
Departure is usually scheduled for Saturday morning at 11:00 a.m.
In the event of late possession of the premises, the rental cannot be extended by the same amount.

Disclaimer, cancellation of rental

For any cancellation by the lessee, the lessor keeps the deposit paid and reserves the right to apply the following compensation to the lessee:
& #8211; cancellation between 29 and 15 days before the start of the stay: 30% of the rental amount
& #8211; cancellation between 14 and 8 days before the start of the stay: 50% of the rental amount
& #8211; cancellation less than 7 days before the start of the stay: 75% of the rental amount
The lessor is in no way responsible for the transport of the lessee, he will not make any reimbursement in the event that he is unable to reach the holiday location.

Use of the rental.

The lessee must personally occupy the premises, live in them "as a good father" and maintain them. All the installations are in working order and any complaint concerning them more than 24 hours after entering the premises cannot be accepted. Repairs made necessary by negligence or poor maintenance during the rental will be the responsibility of the lessee.
The lessee must ensure that the tranquility of the neighborhood is not disturbed by the fact of the lessee or his family.
At the end of the rental, the accommodation must be returned clean. In the event of non-compliance with this obligation, cleaning fees will be applied (€ 50 deducted from the deposit)
The presence of small animals is allowed.
Smoking in the apartment is prohibited.
The number of tenants cannot exceed 2.

Rental insurance

The lessee is required to insure the accommodation he has rented, he must check whether his main home insurance contract provides for the resort extension. Failure to insure in the event of a claim will give rise to damages.

Security deposit

The security deposit paid will be returned upon delivery of the keys or at the latest within fifteen days of the end of the rental.
In the event of loss or deterioration of items, the amount of this deposit will be reduced by the cost of restoration or replacement costs on presentation of supporting documents by the lessor and this within a maximum of 2 months. If the deposit is insufficient, the lessee agrees to complete the sum upon presentation of proof.

State of play

The inventory will be made at the start and end of the rental. The tenant will have 24 hours to report the anomalies noted. After this period, the rented goods will be considered free of damage at the entry of the tenant.
In the event of failure to perform an inventory, due to a departure time other than that provided for in the contract, the lessor will unilaterally carry out the inventory during the scheduled departure time range.

Rental interruption

In case of early interruption of the rental by the lessee, the rent remains acquired.

Internal Rules

Compliance with the Internal Rules of the Seasonal Rental Property is compulsory under the Seasonal Rental Contract. Failure to comply with these rules may result in penalties, such as deductions from the security deposit.

1. GENERAL CONDITIONS
a) All Hosts (and all Visitors) must comply
the Internal Regulations as well as any other instructions provided by the Property Manager during their stay; and
b) The Hosts must inform the Property Manager of any incident or complaint from the neighborhood as soon as possible.

2. NOISE AND NEIGHBORHOOD

at) The Hosts are fully and in all circumstances responsible for the safety of their children and for any disturbance caused in the vicinity;

b) Hosts and Visitors must make as little noise as possible so as not to disturb residents of neighboring properties, especially during the night (eg from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m.), as well as upon arrival and departure;

c) Noise pollution is prohibited at all times and may result in the termination of the Seasonal Rental Agreement, expulsion, loss of costs incurred as well as deductions from the security deposit;

d) The Hosts and their possible Visitors must not adopt any asocial behavior. They are asked to minimize their immediate impact on the neighborhood and residents of the neighborhood.

3.VISITEURS

a) The Hosts are authorized to invite a maximum of 2 visitors at any time during their stay.

b) The Hosts are required to ensure that the maximum number of Visitors is not exceeded, and that Visitors comply with the Internal Regulations.

vs) Hosts wishing to invite Visitors to stay overnight in the Seasonal Rental Property must inform the Property Manager at the time of their reservation, subject to additional costs indicated in the rates.

4. HOLIDAYS AND EVENTS

a) It is strictly forbidden to organize parties or any other type of large-scale gathering in the Seasonal Rental; and

b) Any gathering in a small committee must be done in compliance with the other rules stipulated in these regulations, in particular with regard to Noise, Neighborhood and the number of Visitors allowed.

5.PARKING

a) Hosts and Visitors must comply with local parking regulations, as well as the other conditions listed below, and are requested to show consideration for neighbors and other vehicles;

b) Parking at the Fozo lodgings is in the areas indicated by your hosts or indicated as such (2 main parking areas depending on the accommodation you have booked).

6.Waste and selective sorting

a) The Hosts and their Visitors are required to throw their garbage and their waste for recycling in the bins provided for this purpose and in accordance with the procedure in force at the Gîtes du Fozo (detailed below). Garbage should not be no cases be left in a public area or in common areas; and

b) Garbage and waste to be recycled must be disposed of as follows:

& #8211; the garbage will be placed in the trash cans equipping each lodging then disposed in the main trash can which will be indicated to you.

& #8211; Sorting will be done in the baskets made available in the lobby common to the 3 lodgings. For the independent studio, specific bins are made available to tenants.

& #8211; The glass will be placed in the container put in place by the municipality by the municipality at the entrance to the place called the Fozo mill.

7.SECURITE

a) Whenever the Hosts leave the Seasonal Rental,
they are responsible for ensuring that all windows and doors
are closed and / or locked to preserve the security of the accommodation and to prevent potential damage caused by rain.

b) Guests must turn off lights, air conditioning, fans and electronic devices such as televisions when these are not in use to save energy. It is forbidden to leave the air conditioning on while the Hosts are away from the Seasonal Rental Property.

8.TERRASSE

a) The Hosts must supervise babies and children at all times when using the balcony or terrace.

b) The terrace and the garden are shared by all the guests present. All the spaces must be used in a spirit of sharing.

9.TABAC

a) The Hosts are are not allowed to smoke in the accommodation; and

b) The Hosts must dispose of their cigarette butts properly (eg in the ashtrays provided) and must in no case throw them into the grounds of the Property. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a deduction from the security deposit.

10.PET PETS

a) Pets are  authorized at Fozo lodgings under conditions. In no case will an animal be brought into the accommodation without the owners of the gîtes having been notified.

b) The following rules apply to pets on the Property:

  • Our animal friends are welcome and remain under the responsibility of their owners (including and especially with regard to excrement).

11.BARBECUE

a) A barbecue is available to guests and must be shared by all of them. The owners have no obligation to provide the hosts with wood or materials for lighting the barbecue.

b) Guests using the barbecue must supervise it at all times and will be held responsible for any accident occurring during or immediately after its use.

12.CASE & DAMAGE

a) Any broken object and any damage caused must be reported to the Property Manager as soon as possible. Failure to report may result in a deduction from the security deposit.

b) To avoid breakage and damage, the furniture must not be moved from one room to another without prior agreement.

c) Please also note that lTowels must not leave the property (to go to the beach, for example).

13.DEPART

The following rules apply to the delivery of keys, security, cleaning, waste, etc.

a) The accommodation must be left clean, the garbage cans emptied into the containers provided for this purpose and the sheets removed from the bed and placed in the lobby basket. Any failure may result in a deduction from the deposit.

 

14 RESPECT OF THE RULES

a) The violation of any rule included in these Internal Regulations constitutes a violation of the General Conditions of occupancy, in accordance with the Rental Agreement.

b) The Owner and the Manager reserve the right to terminate the occupancy permit and expel from the Seasonal Rental Property any Host or Visitor refusing to comply with the Internal Regulations or causing nuisance disturbing neighbors or other residents of the community.
